    A $30.00 deposit is required to book any appointments. Your appointment will not be confirmed until we have received the deposit. If we do not receive your deposit, the appointment will be canceled.

    Late Arrivals

    We understand that unexpected issues arise all the time. Please send notify via text or a quick phone call to let me know you are running a bit late. If you arrive 15 minutes later than you scheduled appointment, your appointment may be canceled if I have scheduled clients right after you. There are no refunds for canceled appointments due to late arrivals.

    Cancelations

    Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No exceptions. There are no refunds for appointments not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advanced.

    No Shows

    If you do not show up to your appointment, there is no refunds for deposit.

    Arrive with CLEAN EYES

    Please arrive with clean lashes. The quality and retention will suffer if your lashes are not clean as extensions will not adhere to dirty lashes.

    • No Makeup on eyelids (no mascara, foundation, shadows, oily products, etc.), under eyes and temples.
    • I will charge an additional fee for lash baths should you arrive with makeup applied or dirty lashes.
      • To avoid this fee, please wash your lashes prior to arrival to ensure the best quality and retention.
      • (I cannot guarantee retention if you arrive with lashes that are not clean).
